Whether you're a speed seeker or just a beginner, looking for open, safe runs, the Niseko ski and snowboard area offers a wide range of terrain and challenges, with up to 15 meters of fresh, dry, snow every season.
An extensive lift system covers 64 courses, including gondolas and covered chairlifts. With the lifts meeting at the summit, skiers have access to the mammoth terrain of Grand Hirafu, Hanazono, Higashiyama and Annupuri resorts which combine to make Niseko United. There is quality beginner terrain at the base for learner skiers, excellent powder stashes throughout the area and the thrilling “Peak” challenges for advanced skiers.

Ezo 365 (Condominium)
Completed in 2008, this community of 7 four bedroom houses is a reflection of Niseko-Hirafu's year round seasonal beauty in an excellent village location. These houses are located on the Village shuttle route and in close proximity to Yukoro onsen and a range of dining options. Offering premium standard designer furnishings with a spacious, open plan kitchen/dining area featuring European appliances and an Espresso Machine, each property also has a large Living room with fireplace, home office (with high speed internet) and home theatre system. Most houses also offer a Jacuzzi on a private terrace - perfect for soothing away the end of skiing aches.
3 Bed Room
In these houses, 1 bedrooms can be locked off to create a 3 bedroom 2 bathroom luxury house.
4 Bed Room
Each of these 4 bedroom 3 bathroom houses is between 175 - 182 sq m in size and sleeps a minimum of 8 people.
Hirafu House (Condominium)
Located throughout the Hirafu Village, these 2 and 3 bedroom houses, constructed in 2006, are perfect for families or groups who want to experience the peace and tranquillity of Hokkaido.
2 Bed Room
These 2 bedroom 1 bathroom houses are 88 square metres in size. One bedroom is a Japanese style Tatami room with Japanese style Futon bedding. In some 3 bedroom Hirafu Houses, one bedroom can be closed off to create a 90 square metre 2 bedroom 2 bathroom house.
3 Bed Room
These 3 bedroom 2 bathroom houses are 101 square metres in size.

Booking Terms and conditions
- Price quated are per person
- All prices are subject to availability and conditions apply
- A non-refundable deposit of 20% of the total price will be required within 3 days from the time of confirmation
- Final balance due no less than 60 days prior to departure or the date indicated at the time of confirmation
- A late booking free of NZ$50 will apply for reservations made within 10 days of departure
Amendments
- After the booking is confirmed: A NZ$50 per change per person plus any fees levied by hotels, ground operators. (Document reissue is an alteration to an existing booking and not a transfer to another package wherein cancellation will be applied)
Cancellations
- After the booking is confirmed and before balance due date: 20% of the total price. Less than 60 days prior to departure: 100% of the total price
Changes in price and itineraries
- Price are in NZ$ and based on exchange rates and tariffs at the time of printing. In the event of exchange rate fluctuations or increases in tariffs we reserve the right to adjust our prices as necessary at any time up to and including the day of departure of your tour, even when the balance has been paind in full.
