Niseko ski resort has excellent deep powder snow and a long ski season. A vast ski area that offers amazing views of Mt. Yotei. The very first ski lift was installed in 1961. The lower Part of the resort offers varied terrain and dynamic courses. The middle part offers a gentle run through Birch forest tracks. From 1,000m and above, beyond the tree line, you can enjoy wide open runs free of obstacles. Niseko ski resort is very popular with excellent facilities. The Kogen and the Alpen Hotels offer ski-in ski-out facilities, Hirafu Village lies at the base.

Accommodation
Yama Shizen (Condominium)
The Yama Shizen complex comprises 39 apartments in two buildings. Completed in 2007 (West Building) and 2008 (East Building), Yama Shizen is also the home to Hokkaido Tracks Holidays and, Hirafu's most prestigious restaurant, Kamimura's. Located approx. 450 metres walk from the Ace Family Chair lift, Yama Shizen is located in the heart of the village, with excellent access to the slopes, shopping, hot springs, and all the best restaurants. In addition, the free 'Hanazono Shuttle Service' stops almost at the front door. With lush, designer interiors, contemporary architecture and the latest in alpine materials, Yamashizen offers superior levels of quality, comfort and privacy. Most apartments offer spacious, open plan kitchens with the latest in European and Japanese appliances. Laundry facilities are located in the entrance area of each apartment, making these facilities available to all guests when the two key apartments are rented separately. All apartments have a private balcony. Each building has a large ski and drying room on the first floor. Each apartment has secure facilities within each room. Both ski rooms have a fully equipped tuning bench for guest use.
Studio Room
These rooms are approx. 24 sq metres in size and offer a small lounge space as well as the sleeping area. These rooms offer a kitchenette with bar fridge, toaster and microwave.
1 Bed Room
These apartments are approx. 60 square metres in size. Each room has a full kitchen.
2 Bed Room
These apartments are 69 - 104 square metres in size. Each room has a full kitchen. They are available in both 2 bed 2 bath and 2 bed 1 bath configurations.
3 Bed Room
These apartments are 120 - 127 square metres in size. Each room has a full kitchen. They are available in both 3 bed 2 bath and 3 bed 3 bath configurations.
Youtei Tracks (Condominium)
Completed in 2006, this upper village location cannot be beaten. Approx. 350 m to the Ace Family chair, this stylish building is surrounded by the best Hirafu has to offer in restaurants and bars. In addition, the free 'Hanazono Shuttle Service' stops at the front door.
Large windows allow for maximum natural light. All furnishings have been hand selected by Australian interior designer, Lynn Malone, for maximum comfort and function. Each kitchen is fully equipped with oven, dishwasher and stove top. Laundry facilities are located in the entrance area of each apartment, making these facilities available to all guests when the two key apartments are rented separately.
The basement has large ski and drying rooms and each apartment has secure facilities within each. The ski room has a fully equipped tuning bench for guest use.
Studio Room
These studio rooms are in one of the most desirable locations in the village. A few minutes walk from lifts, shops and all the best restaurants.
1 Bed Room
These modern and comfortable 1 bedroom unit are fully equipped kitchen and laundry. Upper village location can not be beaten!
2 Bed Room
These 2 bedroom apartments are modern and comfortable. Some enjoy good views of the ski hill and Mt Youtei and are all feature fully equipped kitchen and laundry.
3 Bed Room
These 3 bedroom apartments are modern and comfortable. Some enjoy good views of the ski hill and Mt Youtei and are all feature fully equipped kitchen and laundry.

Booking Terms and conditions
- Price quated are per person
- All prices are subject to availability and conditions apply
- A non-refundable deposit of 20% of the total price will be required within 3 days from the time of confirmation
- Final balance due no less than 60 days prior to departure or the date indicated at the time of confirmation
- A late booking free of NZ$50 will apply for reservations made within 10 days of departure
Amendments
- After the booking is confirmed: A NZ$50 per change per person plus any fees levied by hotels, ground operators. (Document reissue is an alteration to an existing booking and not a transfer to another package wherein cancellation will be applied)
Cancellations
- After the booking is confirmed and before balance due date: 20% of the total price. Less than 60 days prior to departure: 100% of the total price

- Price are in NZ$ and based on exchange rates and tariffs at the time of printing. In the event of exchange rate fluctuations or increases in tariffs we reserve the right to adjust our prices as necessary at any time up to and including the day of departure of your tour, even when the balance has been paind in full.
