Niseko ski resort has excellent deep powder snow and a long ski season. A vast ski area that offers amazing views of Mt. Yotei. The very first ski lift was installed in 1961. The lower Part of the resort offers varied terrain and dynamic courses. The middle part offers a gentle run through Birch forest tracks. From 1,000m and above, beyond the tree line, you can enjoy wide open runs free of obstacles. Niseko ski resort is very popular with excellent facilities. The Kogen and the Alpen Hotels offer ski-in ski-out facilities, Hirafu Village lies at the base.

Whether you're a speed seeker or just a beginner, looking for open, safe runs, the Niseko ski and snowboard area offers a wide range of terrain and challenges, with up to 15 meters of fresh, dry, snow every season.
An extensive lift system covers 64 courses, including gondolas and covered chairlifts. With the lifts meeting at the summit, skiers have access to the mammoth terrain of Grand Hirafu, Hanazono, Higashiyama and Annupuri resorts which combine to make Niseko United. There is quality beginner terrain at the base for learner skiers, excellent powder stashes throughout the area and the thrilling “Peak” challenges for advanced skiers.
