This tour will take you to Japan's greatest historical sites including Asakusa temple and shopping arcade which has retained a historical ambience of centuries ago. You will also visit the unique and elegantly decorated Nikko Shrine followed by some of Japan's natural wonders such as the almost 100m high Kegon Waterfall and the iconic Mt. Fuji. After enjoying the majestic views from Japan's tallest mountain, drop down for a relaxing lake cruise enjoying more of Japan's best scenery. From Mt. Fuji, move westward to Kyoto and Nara, both former capitals of Japan. Visit Todaiji Temple which boasts the world's largest bronze statue, enjoy the intricately decorated interior of Nijo Castle, the magnificent Golden Pavilion, and the overwhelming Kiyomizu Temple. From Kyoto, take a day trip to Hiroshima to visit the Peace Memorial Park and the Atomic dome. Enjoy a short ferry trip to Miyajima which hosts Itsukushima Shrine and the 'floating' torii gates. Return to Kyoto to enjoy the last day as you like.
